At times, life may resemble a roller coaster. Many of us are juggling the multiple demands of modern living, often without the support of a village. This can feel extremely overwhelming. However, with proper support, we can learn to ride the ups and downs of life while maintaining a sense of peace.

I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and more than 12 years of assessment, counselling, and case management experience. I identify as a parent, spouse, daughter, and a first-generation Canadian woman of South Asian heritage.

I have a special interest in women’s mental health and I am in the process of completing a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. I have also developed a passion for supporting the unique needs of highly sensitive and  empathic individuals.

I believe in a curious, gentle, and collaborative approach that recognizes the strength you have that has brought you to where you are today. I integrate my training and experience with several modalities including cognitive behavioural, attachment, mindfulness, and trauma informed therapies. I aim to provide a warm and supportive space where you can share your story and together, we can determine the focus of our work.

I have noticed when we feel truly seen and heard, the healing process can begin. We can uncover the internal wisdom you hold and add new skills to move toward a more fulfilling, authentic, and joyful life.

If this resonates for you, please connect to explore if we would be a good fit.

If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.
