Children are often bright, funny and resilient. However, despite our best efforts as parents/caregivers, they sometimes struggle to manage their emotions and behaviors. If your child or adolescent is struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief or other life stressors, I would be honoured to help them regain their zest for life!

I provide a fun, yet gentle and supportive atmosphere where children can process their thoughts and emotions and find healing from their troubles.

I also help adults reset their equilibrium as they navigate their own challenges of parenting, career and financial worries, marital/couples/relationship challenges, mental health diagnoses/struggles such as bi-polar disorder, anxiety, depression, loss and trauma.

I am experienced in the practice of Play Therapy with children as well as psychotherapy with adolescents and adults. I have a Masters in Social Work and I am a Registered Social Worker who has been helping the young at heart regain peace in their lives for more than 10 years. I work from a place of understanding and compassion as I equip and challenge you to live your best life.

I enjoy giving keynote addresses and workshops in the community and am particularly passionate about mental health awareness, women’s sense of worth and the psychological impact of immigration and discrimination on racialized individuals. Additionally, I can assist organizations to equip their leaders with the tools to recognize and proactively support those with mental health issues.

Please feel free to contact me, and I would be happy to support you on this journey.
