For more than 35 years,  I have witnessed the many ways in which emotional wellness can positively impact physical and mental health when I worked as a Registered Nurse within various healthcare sectors. I know how difficult it may feel to reach out for psychotherapy, but with my years of navigating the health care system in hospitals, the community, and in doctors’ offices, I have the knowledge and resources to assist you through those first steps. 

As a retired Nurse, I feel honoured to work with Newmarket Psychotherapy Team as the Intake Coordinator and first point of contact for clients seeking support. When I am not helping clients, I enjoy the art of cooking and spending time with my five grandchildren.
